Outline:
The objects of this course are to discuss the important topics in the field of nanotechnology. Detail fundamental properties, fabrication and measuring methods of nanostructured materials will be introduced and discussed. New or specific advanced topics will be selected to discuss if necessary. The course will be delivered flexibly either by lectures or discussions. The participation and joint discussion of students are necessary.
